Dale R. Killinger
InTC is the creation of Dale R. Killinger, a retired FBI Agent with twenty-two years of FBI experience - ten of those years were spent in the field actively investigating a myriad of federal crimes including civil rights violations, homicide, kidnapping and pubic corruption.
In 2013 he was tasked by the Deputy Director of the FBI to co-lead an assessment of the FBI's insider threat posture. The resulting recommendations caused the FBI to create its first ever enterprise-wide Insider Threat Program which he was charged to stand up from scratch. In 2018 he retired after successfully growing the program to a staff of over 80 people, implementing complex analytical systems and methodologies, developing an insider threat vulnerability assessment team and establishing a private/public inter-agency insider threat behavioral science working group.
